At Dreemholiday, we want your travel experience to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible. To help you understand how we work and what you can expect, we’ve outlined our terms and conditions below. These terms are designed to protect both you and us, and we encourage you to read them carefully before making a booking. 

Booking Your Trip

When you’re ready to book with Dreemholiday, we’ll do everything we can to secure your reservation quickly and efficiently. 

Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans can change. Here’s how cancellations and refunds work:

  • If You Cancel:
    • More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
    • 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund of the total tour cost.
    • 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund of the total tour cost.
    • Less than 7 days before departure or no-shows: Unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be resolved in Sri Lankan courts.
