Our Terms & Conditions clearly explain your rights and responsibilities when booking with us. From secure payments to cancellation policies and travel requirements, we’re committed to transparency and your peace of mind every step of the way.

Welcome to Dreemholiday
At Dreemholiday, we want your travel experience to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible. To help you understand how we work and what you can expect, we’ve outlined our terms and conditions below. These terms are designed to protect both you and us, and we encourage you to read them carefully before making a booking.

Booking Your Trip
When you’re ready to book with Dreemholiday, we’ll do everything we can to secure your reservation quickly and efficiently.
- Availability: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Deposit: To secure your spot, we require a 10% deposit at the time of booking.
- Final Payment: The balance is due 30 days before your scheduled departure.
- Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other methods specified during booking. All payments are processed securely.
- Pricing: All prices are quoted in USD. While we strive to keep our prices stable, they may change due to currency fluctuations or supplier adjustments. We’ll always notify you of any changes in advance.

Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that plans can change. Here’s how cancellations and refunds work:
- If You Cancel:
- More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
- 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund of the total tour cost.
- 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund of the total tour cost.
- Less than 7 days before departure or no-shows: Unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund.
- If We Cancel: In rare cases, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or insufficient bookings, we may need to cancel your trip. If this happens, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule or accept a credit voucher.
- Visa Rejections: If your visa is officially rejected and you notify us at least 14 days before departure, you’ll receive a 75% refund.
- Refund Process: Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days via the original payment method, unless we agree otherwise.
- Non-Refundable Items: Some items, like “non-refundable” hotel bookings, travel insurance, and third-party services not included in our packages, cannot be refunded.
- Force Majeure: We can’t offer refunds for events beyond our control (such as natural disasters, government actions, epidemics, or flight cancellations). We strongly recommend travel insurance for your peace of mind.

Your Travel Responsibilities
- Passports & Visas: It’s your responsibility to ensure you have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents. Dreemholiday is not liable for denied entry due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.
- Health & Safety: Please follow local health advisories and ensure you have any required vaccinations. While we’re here to help, Dreemholiday is not responsible for health-related issues during your trip.
Our Role & Liability
- Dreemholiday acts as an intermediary between you and service providers (such as airlines and hotels). We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by third parties.
- We are not responsible for personal injuries, property damage, or losses unless they result from our own negligence.
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen events.

Changes & Modifications
Sometimes, unexpected circumstances mean we need to adjust your itinerary, accommodations, or services. If this happens, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.
- Any additional costs due to changes (unless caused by our error) are your responsibility.
Conduct & Behavior
- We ask all travelers to respect local laws, customs, and Dreemholiday’s guidelines.
- Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in your tour being terminated without a refund.
- Please respect cultural norms and the environment, in line with our commitment to responsible tourism.

All content on https://dreemholiday.com (including text and images) is owned by Dreemholiday and protected by copyright. Please do not use our content without permission.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be resolved in Sri Lankan courts.
